Crowded on Saturdays much better to go on a weekday

I’m writing this review to share a disappointing experience I had with the manager at the Douglasville location. I recently purchased a firearm from this shop and noticed a visible scratch on it. When I called to discuss the issue, I was met with a dismissive and unempathetic response. The manager told me there was nothing he could do—no apology, no effort to understand my concern, just a flat refusal. As a former member of this shop, I expected a level of customer care that reflects loyalty and respect. To be sure I wasn’t misunderstanding the policy, I called another location. The woman I spoke with there was kind, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly. Her tone alone made me feel heard—even though the policy was the same, the experience was completely different. Customer service matters, especially when dealing with high-value purchases and long-term customers. I hope the Douglasville location takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how they handle concerns. A little empathy goes a long way. Note I reached out to the manufacturer, and they gave me an easy fix. Isn't this knowledge that a manger should have.
