Great service, price, and knowledge.

Seem to have a good selection of guns and a have a range in athens (which is nice). I had a question about purchasing a lower from them and they were not very friendly at all. A simple question about purchasing a firearm classified as "other" led to ridicule from the two staff members involved. Needless to say I went to a shop right next door and they were able to answer my question and set me in the right direction. I will not return here and frequent a range outside of Athens.

I’ve been shooting here for some time now. Range is always in good condition and fairly clean. I’ve also purchased a firearm and they helped me through the process, making it easy and convenient. Always a pleasure coming to Athens Gun Club and will continue to keep coming!!

These guys are awesome. I will recommend anybody to come shoot at the range or buy their firearms. I most definitely would even recommend to come by and just stop and check things out because they always have something new and interesting in their shop. These guys are very knowledgeable and have helped me out in many occasions. The store is also very awesome has spoken to him a couple times and worked out a couple deals on certain firearms. Even if they don’t have something you are looking for if you have something transferred to them it is such a easy process as well. 9/15/2025 came in once again to buy another firearm and guess what nothing but good things to talk about these guys. How about so much firearms from these guys? But I was reminded once again, how amazing these guys are. I was so unsure about the concealed carry. I wanted to purchase. One of the associates pressed that I go out to the range and try a couple of the handguns. He showed me a couple of upgrades that can come One of the Hand guns and had me sold. Once again, they weren’t just trying to sell me whatever they had, but they made sure that I was happy with what I was taking home. Thanks again.
