Reload Gun Range

Just left there at 3:00pm on 9/17 , trying to buy a here gun is a feat.....its extremely difficult to pull employees from whatever they're doing on their cell phones to help you. It took me around 10 min just to talk to someone, then once they were talking to me they acted board and disinterested. Once I decided on my purchase I was literally standing at the counter with my credit card and ID ready to buy and STILL couldn't get helped. I just packed my stuff and left. TO THE OWNER: You have a beautiful store, but employees need better etiquette. BTW the guy with white hair was very friendly was on the phone and busy. . I am now on the way to another store for my purchase, thanks for listening.

Sales staff was amazing and able to help me figure out what suits my wants for my first handgun.

Very poor customer service and inventory is dismal. The range is not even that good and I think that is what this place was trying to be good at. Anyway, Go elsewhere for a better experience.

They were extremely nice and helpful, and very focused on safety. It's very clean and nice inside and they have a lot of ammo in stock.

I had my first gun safety and shooting lesson today with Steve. Absolutely loved every minute. He is patient, emphasizes safety, and I learned so many important skills. I'm going back to him next week, and probably way more. He is an excellent instructor and a nice gentleman. PM.
