Don’t ever order a gun off their online store they take forever to process guns they tell you in the store it’ll take 3-5 days then make you wait 3 weeks. Order team telling me one thing the people actually working in the store say another. Terrible chain of command. If the gun is not in stock in store DO NOT BUY OFFLINE AND GET TRANSFERRED FFL oh and they told me they don’t process guns on Saturday but they have an overload of guns needing to be processed. Absolutely makes no sense. Employees just standing around doing nothing in shooters world.

Shooters World Multi-State Permit Class (Concealed Carry) was an Excellent! 5 Star course, with two instructors who provided tremendous information on Concealed Gun/Weapon Laws and handling, for the State of Florida Laws.

Customer service is horrible. I don't think I have met people who care less about their jobs or customers. Place was great years ago, don't know what happened.

Technical difficulties with the waiver kiosks resulted in being on a 24 hours waiting period. Don't waste time driving out here and risking the same issue. Go to a range that has paper waivers.

I’ve had several negative expiernces within my time going to shooters world since 2012. I’ve had several bad customer service interactions and experiences. From the shooting range to the sales floor.I have been rung up wrong on the range before and when I went back to fix it and it clearly was there wrong doing and they admit to there wrong doing and issue a refund. The guy never even apologized for my waste of time having to go back and almost overcharging me $60. He seemed like he was the one inconviecnived. Something that never made much business since to me or why would they have a process like this ? Was times when I went to shoot my firearms, after I pay and finish with everything and thinking I’m about to go shoot , they tell me there’s a wait time. The principle is not if I had to wait 5 min or a hour to get a lane. Right business approach is you inform the customer there is a wait and would you still like to proceed? At one point I bought ATF ranked item and did the paperwork there. I assume who was the manager helping me. He had a black shirt on which was different than the common blue shirts you see.He didn’t want to do it and was trying to find someone else to do it. He did walkie someone on his radio. His words were I guess I’ll help you out. And as I was filling out my info he walked away at one point and I turned around and he was just talking to another employee.i did have to wait for him to come back and finish . Again there is no pleasurable expiernce to make me believe anyone cares or wants customers to come back . I always been a fan of shooters world and there style.i even drive passed several gun locations and ranges to go there but one after another shooters world drops the ball again. So recently I bought a gun and had it transferd to the Tampa location. It’s been a week now. And I reached out two times to get some form of ETA on when can I get the gun. No one can give me an answer. I was told that they have one employee who handles the firearms that come in. If that’s true that is another failed process. Why is only one person handling that area ? Again going back to inconvenience and not having a pleasurable shopping expiernce . I’ve transferd fire arms to other locations before and within a day I’m already getting a call they received it. Here I guess even me reaching out is not enough.when you shop at Publix you know what your getting your gonna get a pleasurable shopping expiernce and if it wasn’t you know there gonna make it right for you and go above and beyond . Here I don’t even think they care. I’ve given so many chances but I don’t think I’m not missing out on much if I don’t come here.
