⭐ Customer Service: 0/10, Rudeness : 10/10 Wow. I didn’t think walking into a gun range meant I’d be signing up for kindergarten roleplay, but apparently the owner here thinks he’s everyone’s babysitter. I asked a simple question, and instead of answering like a professional adult, he snapped at me to “speak up” in the most condescending way possible—like I was 5 years old asking where crayons come from. So I did exactly what he asked: spoke up, repeated my question, same tone. And then—get this—he decided I had the “attitude.” The mental gymnastics are Olympic-level. He dishes out rudeness but can’t handle his own medicine? That’s not customer service, that’s just ego wrapped in bad manners. Owning a shooting range doesn’t make you a drill sergeant, and barking at paying customers isn’t a personality. If you enjoy being talked down to, insulted, and then blamed for someone else’s bad attitude, by all means, this is the place. Otherwise, take your business somewhere run by adults who understand respect.

Iv been a member for a few years now, and have been going hear for many years before. The Owner Keith of the range is an awesome and professional man who is very knowledgeable n kind along with his staff, Bill,Andrew, who are GREAT guys who take there job seriously n will guide you with all your needs..Miss.Marie who owns the gun shop is Great. Her self and her staff,Scott and Erica are very knowledgeable, kind and will help you with all your gun needs. And not to forget they have all you need to enjoy yourself. GREAT PEOPLE
