I like Orlando Gun club, but the customer service could be better. I went there to shoot with my brother, and we stood in line ten to fifteen minutes, only to get up to the register just to be told that we had to sign in on the kiosk in the lobby,so that they would know we were in line, as if visually seeing us in line wasn’t enough. ! I don’t understand why the person at the register didn’t visually scan the line periodically, and let people know that ahead of time! I also purchased a membership and I had to do that on the kiosk as well, but I would have appreciated a live person telling me the differences between each plan instead of having to try to figure it out on my own. The shooting experience was good and I got to rent the gun for free, plus I got 10 percent off ammunition with my membership but if I hadn’t asked about the free t-shirt before I left after seeing the description of plans on the wall and everything they were supposed to include, I would not have gotten that either! I like the Orlando Gun Club overall but like I stated earlier customer service needs to improve, and the overall communication process needs to be better!

100% recommend this place. My 16 year old and myself had such a great day out. Staff were AMAZINGLY helpful and freindly. My wife bought this as a treat and we both loved it. Some helpful tips if your from outside the US/ just in general: Make you have internet connection on your phone as they ask you fill in their disclaimer via QR code scan. Take photo ID; drivers license, passport etc (seems obvious but slipped my mind, d’oh) we did get to shoot in the end after a few frantic calls 😂 Go and just have fun! If I go back to Orlando I will definitely be coming back, thanks again guys!
