Would be nice to have known that purchasing items from your online store, that are in stock on a weekend cannot be processed until Monday, but my money was processed within minutes. Optics and ammo sitting on your shelves, email receipt in hand, but the girls who process online orders do not work the weekend. I'll be canceling my entire order on Monday including the additional 2 firearms totaling several thousand dollars. Class Act =============≈========= Update after 1 star review After a very confusing and rough start I will say the human aspect of my online order and pick up experience went well. I was in contact with staff via email , and physical phone calls as my order began to arrive and progress through the store. I am lead to believe the words IN STOCK, OUT OF STOCK, and IN STORE may not be the best words to use when shopping their online store and a revamp of the entire online process may be in the works? p.s. it needs to happen Thank you Ron for acknowledging, and most of all understanding my complaint and confusion with the online shopping process of the store.
