The range was above average. The customer service was below average.

This is a fantastic shop and range. Don't be like that other guy who puts a deposit down to hold a product, says they will be back to pay it off, and then gets mad when after breaking the agreement. How do you not know what lay away is?

Buyer beware. If you go to make a purchase here and put a deposit down and tell them you will be back with the rest of the $ the following day and will pay in full at final inspection he may not give you your deposit back because he will say you put your purchase in "Lay-A-Way." He did give me my $ back but made a huff about it. My point is do not say your putting it in Lay-A-Way and have it in writing that it is a deposit to hold only and I believe by law you have 3 business days or you loose your deposit. They must state on the receipt if your deposit is not refundable. Make sure it doesn't say it's in Lay-A-Way!

Great neighborhood indoor range. Reasonably priced. Staff very professional and helpful. Hint: watch out for the bison trophy. It's a head-knocker!

Top-Notch Experience Had a fantastic experience at Shooters Firearms! Took my CCW class here and couldn’t be more impressed. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process smooth and easy to understand. The range was clean, well-managed, and a great place to practice. Highly recommend for both beginners and seasoned shooters. I’ll definitely be back! Beware of those with AR, will literally scare the pee out of you if you aren't prepared for the noise.

My son and I had a great time. The staff was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time with me and my son. Will definitely be back and making all my gun related purchases with them.
