I went here with my brother for the first time recently. The staff, Jacob and Mike, were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided top tier customer service. As a learner, I appreciate them being willing to take the time to explain things to me clearly and advise of other services shoot straight offers.

I am a first time gun owner and I admittedly walked in nervous and insecure about my knowledge. Frankly, I was downright uncomfortable. I had done some research but was all over the place. Everyone was very friendly, but I had the good fortune of finding Diane (might be 2 n's...if so sorry Diane). She didn't patronize me, and didn't talk over my head. She showed me what I asked for, educated me on what I needed to know, and remembered me every time I came in. I bounced around from Glock, to revolver, and finally settled on a really beautiful Colt 1911 Government model 45 (Limited Edition even.) I couldn't be happier with my purchase and look forward to learning the ins and out of my firearm, taking classes, and training to be a responsible gun owner. I highly recommend this dealer, and particularly Diane, to anyone buying a weapon for the first time. Word to the wise, Diane KNOWS HER GUNS. So when she recommends a pricier gun like the style of gun you're looking at, pay heed. It's not upsell (she's not on commission). She's just making sure you get a great, great firearm you'll be proud of. Enjoy. PS...while they offer classes, it's not with your gun. But there is certified instructor on staff that does it independently. Just ask for David Gandia. I'm looking forward to training with him.

Bought 2 optics one for a pistol and one for a rifle after realizing it wasn't the right one for my pistol i tried to return after 3 days they wouldn't let me return it .. I never opened the box everything was still in the package. I have bought multiple guns and optics from shoot straight and they just lost a customer ..
