Was there a few weeks ago. First time. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's was our first time. Brought my own firearm and rented an M4. My son is in College and ROTC so it was a great time to get some range time in. You guys are the best and when we come back to the area for a visit, we're coming back. Love the shirts BTW. Thank you for a memorable time.
The staff are very friendly and professional, and prices are reasonable considering the variety of weapons (and they’re fully automatic). :-)
I found MGA to be irresponsible and untrustworthy. Months ago I bought 2 guns from MGA. Due to their error they were unable to fulfill my order. Brant Tosi, CEO, offered me the first guns he received and at the same price I paid. He sent me an email to confirm his word to me. I waited and then recently saw where he had the gun in stock. I have called Brant’s phone, business phone, left messages, emailed and chatted multiple times over the last several days asking for a response. Nothing.
We purchased a package for this establishment, went on the date of the tickets and it was closed. Since they will not return calls we are having problems getting our money back. Wouldn’t recommend

ONLINE STORE COMPLAINT: I wish I had read the reviews about the online store before making a purchase. Unfortunately, all the negative feedback is accurate. I placed an order on 9/16/24 and have not received a tracking number or any updates. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, phone calls, messages, and chats, I have not received a single response. The lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing. It's unacceptable for a business to operate this way. I highly advise against purchasing from their online store.
This company are BS. I ordered a parts just small thing a red dot plate for my prodigy . I ordered September 4th until now I did not receive my order . I been calling and emailing them no one responding at all . Do not order anything here this company do not care.
Do not order from the online store. The business is closed, but they are still charging credit cards. Your purchase will never ship…
We booked and paid for a shooting session on Sunday 22/09/24 and found the place closed … I’d be grateful to know if anyone has any knowledge of why MGA is closed and what we can do now ?? It was a birthday present for my son and to say we’re disappointed is an understatement…
Online store is awful, no communication, no emails returned, but your credit card is charged immediately. even though they say not to call about orders, the phone isn’t answered anyway. I do not recommend doing any business with them, awful experience. Never received my order
