Triple J Armory Retail Shop and Indoor Shooting Range

Triple J Armory is my absolute go-to for anything and everything firearm-related. Seriously, it's the only place I shop! This range and store pretty much carries anything you could need. And if they happen to be out of something, the crew will track it down and find it for you without breaking the bank. Ethan, Shawn, Jen, Mark and Hunter are rockstars. They're a huge part of why I've been a loyal member and customer for years. You can tell every single employee genuinely cares about safety and is stoked to teach anyone who wants to learn. Big thanks to the whole Triple J crew!

I went in to buy a pistol with little knowledge about what I was looking for. The man behind the counter was super helpful and friendly, and helped me iterate through the pistols until I found one I liked. It was a quick and pleasant experience, and I'm very happy with my purchase. So why knock off a star? Well, with the new CO laws about magazines being capped at 15 rounds, I wasn't allowed to walk out with any magazines since they weren't pegged. Fair enough, not their fault at all. However, in my opinion, if you are selling a product, it should be ready to go when you purchase it (within legislation of course), i.e. it should have been ready after the 3 day wait period. Instead, I've been put on a list of work for their gunsmith to work on. Pegging a few magazines could take 2 - 4 weeks they told me after the purchase was completed. Now, instead of a 3 day wait period, I effectively have up to a month wait period. Sure, I have the firearm, I got that after 3 days, but without the magazines I have little ability to use it.

Hunter was very patient and helpful with my NFA transfer.

Came in to shoot on a $10 Tuesday but the range was full. Range desk gave me a “free range day coupon” just because. Just one example of the outstanding customer service I experience every time I go here. Highly recommend Triple J Armory Littleton!
