If patience is your favorite hobby, The Gallery Range & Restaurant is the place for you. I spent almost two months trying to get in touch with the owner, Mark, to certify my Form 4. Two. Whole. Months. At one point I wasn’t sure if I was waiting on a background check or waiting for him to discover fire. When I finally did get a response, I thought, “Great, the hard part’s over.” Nope. That’s when they hit me with a transfer fee. And here’s the kicker: Silencer Shop customers aren’t supposed to pay extra fees. Apparently, that rule must’ve gotten lost somewhere between ignoring my messages and cashing the check. Probably the reason Silencer shop delisted this company from their site. So if you’re in the market for slow responses, surprise charges, and the customer service equivalent of shouting into a void, congratulations — you’ve found your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the time (and sanity) and go literally anywhere else.

This place he a high star rating but we didn't receive that type of customer service. Calling on a Friday around 6:45 and no one picking up should have been the first sign. We ignored and drove up there, came in and no one in the front desk but we went ahead and started signing in. I went to the back because I saw two employees standing in the back to sign in on another tablet. They seemed confused and figured out what I needed. Then they said no new shooters after 7:15, then found out there's a 1 day waiting period to shoot after the waiver. Ridiculous. And they claimed not to know why we were there, which is why they didn't come to the front when they saw us.

Brought some first time shooters to The Gallery. They had a great time, the staff was friendly and supportive, and best of all it was priced very reasonably. I really liked the electronic target controls. The lanes are well lit and the air is super clean. The Gallery isn’t like most ranges. It’s super clean, has nice lounge spaces to chill out when not shooting, and the restaurant puts it over the top. It’s also got all the other features you'd expect in a range: rentals, ammo, accessories, and guns for sale. I’ll be back.

A real game changer when it comes to range atmosphere. Love the high class vibe and clean look of the place. A great date night indeed

Food was really good was not expecting that from a shooting range the range itself was super clean and has a lot of cool technology definitely the new spot for me and the guys

Really, this place has it all. Cafe for the morning beverage and snack. High end, very well kept ranges, along with a separate long rifle range. Supply shop. Great hangout area for taking breaks. Then after a day of practice there's a awesome restaurant and bar to hangout in. Also, the staff, they're all wonderful-super helpful and have a great energy.

We had a group of colleagues in town that were from outside of the US, and I'm not sure their first experience shooting would have been close to what we experienced here. Chris ensured a smooth check in process and got the whole group ready for the range. Once on the range, George really stepped up and provided one of the best customer experiences I've witnessed in quite some time. Super patient and informative, the entire group took an immediate comfort knowing an expert was right there to help ensure they had the best time and still felt safe. Highly recommend this location to anyone considering heading to the range for a first time experience or with a group of people who may have not been before. I was wildly impressed with the attention to our group and how much George was willing to go above and beyond. They really made it feel like this was a private lesson, and kudos to the ownership for having a staff so attentive - keep up the great work. Thank you George and Chris.

The best indoor shooting range I’ve seen in 40 years. Modern, clean, well ventilated and lighted. The target systems are electronically selected for distance, and mechanically sound. There’s an extensive schedule of training and fun events all week long. The instructors are excellent and the classroom comfortable. There’s a bar and grill as well, and evening music and comedy events, usually complementary (free). The basic membership includes free range time, guest passes, and discounts on all items. They have lots of guns for rent, including full automatic, and new firearm sales. They even do consignments at a very reasonable rate. Can’t say enough but the takeaway is completely positive.
