Great facility and the staff was great.
Helpful staff , clean and safe environment, focused on education and securing 2nd amendment rights for all
The facility is a very clean facility, the only complaint is that they would not let me use the earplugs that I brought. They made me buy earmuffs in the store (no safety equipment available for free use like other ranges) and the earmuffs that they sell have less of a decibel reduction than the earplugs that I came prepared with. Seems like they are more worried about making a quick dollar than the safety of shooters. Could be an insurance thing, not sure but I have been to other ranges in San Diego county and had no issues with the safety equipment that I bring.
Fantastic range, a bit pricey with the mandatory membership to shoot here though
Terrible service, overpriced and an extremely arrogant and miserable staff. They treat you like trash. If you miss the target, be prepared to pay $20 per miss. (They will charge you, yet the equipment is never repaired. Where is all that money going? Theft) Go somewhere else for an enjoyable shooting experience.
Pretty terrible service today. No idea what’s going on in a certain lady’s personal life but she lashed out at the entire family for “causing damage to the equipment” when it entirely wasn’t our fault and the damage was there previously? Pretty insane lol. Wouldn’t come again.
Cleanist range in SD. What could be better than a 25, 50, 100yd indoor ranges. Well lit, computer operated.
I have been a member for over 3 years. I really enjoy the range and atmosphere here at PWG. They are so welcoming and accommodating to me as a member who is suppose to schedule a lane but will try their hardest to squeeze me in to get some shots when I just pop in without an appointment for practice. I really appreciate the range staff. Thank you!
Really disappointed with misinformation from a employee behind the counter. I was told on a previous trip to the range that I could sign up month to month on the platinum level program and did not have to do the whole year. So today I drove down from Oceanside. The guy at the front desk said that is incorrect. When I said that sucks and that I drove from Oceanside there was no apologies for the employee giving wrong information he kinda laughed and said that is far and that he lives in Bosail and drives every day. Why would I care where you live. You get paid to go there, its not a inconvenience for you. Two hours of time gas and excitement wasted. Not the end of the world. But some kind of apology would have been better customer service.
