Expensive, staff is incompetent, equipment is awful. Asked about the handguns and if they had certain models (Ruger vs S&W rental availability) and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. "Safety lesson" was quite literally "point gun down range, don't shoot the target holder", that's it. Ear protection they rent out is WOEFULLY inadequate for the amount of larger caliber guns going off indoors. We had to double down with plugs and over-ears to make it bearable. Pistols were poorly maintained (the revolver we rented was gumming up due to fouling, timing of the cylinder was off and would hang, the Glock we rented had its magazine fall out every 2 to 3 shots). Come here for a social media posting if you must, don't come here for any serious practice, you're better off plinking in someone's backyard out east.
We had indepth training and health and safety is paramount. Brilliant value for money. A great experience.
Staff were rude, it was too crowded, and there were several people with behaviour that is completely unsafe and unacceptable for a gun range when holding a loaded firearm. When brought to the attention of staff, they did not correct it, and seemed like we were bothering them. Even staff themselves showed poor trigger discipline. When trying to ask questions, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were especially rude to one of the members of our group for seemingly no reason, despite him wearing a clothes that identified him as a US veteran, and having talked to staff about it. Extremely disappointed in my experience, and would absolutely not recommend that anyone go here. There are far better, nicer gun ranges out there, and it’s worth travelling to avoid this one.
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable ❤️❤️❤️
The range was packed with a significant number of Asian staff and visitors many of whom struggled with English making communication tricky. The pricing also felt excessively high for what was offered, which does not justify the experience for everyone Safety was a concern due to several inexperienced shooters caution is advised. The Asian staff at the counter, especially one seemed constantly irritated and quick to escalate which soured the expierence. I’m giving it 2 stars because a smaller Asian staff member behind the counter cracked me up with a funny gesture toward his holstered handgun.
Incroyable endroit ! Personnel à l’écoute et superbe infrastructure ! Vous pouvez tirer pour vraiment pas cher. Si c’est la première fois, pas de soucis on vous explique tout ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe et notre instructeur 💪🏻
Filled with inexperienced shooters. Got flagged several times and had to mention it to the range officer. Front end staff had a bad attitude, I get it but go do something else if you don't like your job. The range officer that was out when I was there did have a good attitude. You can't bring in your own ammo, not to mention ridiculously over priced, over all prices and environment are not enticing to come back. Might be a place for some people but it's not a place for me. If you're an experienced shooter this place is not worth your time or money.
