Excellent and wonderful staff here! Came here to do my final for our class for my hunters education! Extremely well, professional slides was shown, and more than happy to help you out or any questions you may have! I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to complete their hunters education, and wants an excellent score! these guys will get you prepared and teach you everything you need to know! I made my first visit this past weekend to introduce my 17 year old nephew to the wonderful world of shooting! I arrived at ~8:30pm. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. The rangemasters were also very helpful, and made sure to come to our lane to make sure we were being safe. I was out of practice and allowed my nephew to make a cardinal barrel discipline mistake, and one of the rangemasters corrected him before any real problems were created. The 2 pieces we used (glock 17 and springfield 1911 9mm) were beautiful. Everything else went smoothly and we both had a blast. I can't wait to come back! The waiver form for minors is a piece of cake and you can complete and submit it via their website.

Do not send your purchased firearms to be processed here. My brother in law bought a firearm here and it’s been 11 days. He called to check up on it and they seemed super annoyed that he was even asking for an update. They need to be more efficient about this vs being lazy and not getting shit done. DO NOT SEND YOUR ONLINE PURCHASED FIREARMS HERE, SEND TO EVAN’s GUN WORLD IN ORANGE IF YOU WANT YOUR FIREARM AFTER 10 DAYS.

This place is a good place to practice shooting, I have shot here before with some friends and family. But, they do not allow you to practice with less than lethal for some reason. It doesn't really make sence why. I have a registered less than lethal smith and wesson m&p 9.0 chambered in .43 cal less than lethal beanbags, and they said it wasn't allowed to be shot because of the possibility of a mess.

Had a great experience. I've only shot occasionally with friends over the years with borrowed or rented guns but finally purchased a pistol of my own and was a little apprehensive at knocking the rust off. Staff at On Target were super friendly and welcoming, excellent explanation and enforcement of safety practices, complimentary water and earplugs. Would highly recommend.

Kerry has zero to no communication skills. I was asked for my ‘driver’s license’ which is what I provided then I was told I was unable to move forward because she assumed I had a REAL ID. I then provided her with my passport and she still wasn’t able to help me because I needed to email it. Is it so hard to put it all in 1 sentence? She then refused to help me any further and made me wait for a different coworker which took about 5 minutes to finish helping me with what she had started. After spending over $800 I would expect some better customer service. Avoid Kerry if you can. Unacceptable.

The reviews about the rude customer service couldn't be further from a lie. My fiancé and I went here because it was close, so very convenient. We were rudely greeted by the front desk lady and told to wait when there was nobody even busy. The guys at the counter were just talking to each other and laughing. After waiting for over 10 minutes for them to finish their conversation they turned to us as if we had interrupted them. It was honestly comical the level of rules they have. As it was our first time going there my fiancé shot two times quickly and immediately a worker rushed into the range and yelled at us about rapid fire instead of letting us know that wasn't okay. We left shortly after and won't be coming back. It's overpriced and has horrible customer service.
