Great place to go shooting! Way better than any indoor place in the San Diego Area. Staff is friendly as well as the community. Highly recommend! However, if you go here things you should keep in mind. 1. You should have your own equipment! Eyes, Ears, Ammunition, fire arms. when i visited i didn't see a place to rent any of those things. you should put on your safety equipment when you get out of your car. Based on what i can tell they don't have any rules of needing to wear any eyes or ears, just says "highly recommend" 2. the road to access this place is dirt and really bumpy. if you have a vehicle with stiff suspension, highly suggest against taking that vehicle or take your sweet time going through that dirt road. 3. if you're from the coming north e.g any place north of Jamul Casino. There is a boarder patrol the checkpoint when you go back north on canyon road. So you should make sure you're practice proper gun vehicle storage. 4. You should bring your own targets. they offer 1 free target per person, however, trying to get more may get tricky when it comes to payment. from what i can tell the only place that offers payment is range 6.
