The Firing Line

First time shooting here and it was very nice absolutely zero complaints the staff were very cool. Anyone who put a negative review either was having a bad day or didn't read the rules correctly. I will definitely keep coming back to the range

Extremely rude staff, I was warned by others before I came down here that they were going to be jerks. I thought, I’ll give them a try anyways and head down to try out some new firearms and give them some business. Even purchase my next one I’m planning on getting from them & some new gear. Instead, I walked in — and immediately start getting talked over to sign a waiver right away and then get talked to condescendingly by the guy behind the counter whom I presume had to be the owner. I tried explain I was there to rent some guns that I’m looking to purchase for my next CCW, and he said unless I brought my own I wasn’t going to be shooting today. Reason is that if I don’t bring my own, I might off myself with theirs. A policy that I can understand as being reasonable, but the guy wouldn’t even let me get a word in edgewise and was just constantly barking at me and speaking over me. I don’t recommend giving business to people that act like this. I get it, firearms are high risk and you have to take safety as the highest priority, so that can push some people towards being a little high strung, but treating customers like they don’t deserve respect is not a way to conduct business. Glad I found out now before I spent $1000s of dollars with this business. Won’t be coming back again, and will let my friends know that this staff’s reputation is true.

I do all my business here. They have always been more than helpful with info and ccw needs. Not to mention a very good facility to practice.
