Fair prices Great service and Really Fun Lazar Range by knowledgeable people!!
The guys are all awesome and so helpful at the Vault! Love them very kind !
The video shooting range is awesome! It's like a golf simulator, or video archery, but with live rounds. Staff was very friendly and professional. If I'm ever back in the area 100% will do again!
After running around trying to find a folding stock adapter for my AR, I finally found the shop I will be dealing with, going forward. Hands down, Isaac was the most helpful, and the guy to ask for. His customer service is unsurpassed in every aspect. This is my first AR, and Isaac was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I support this organization, and highly recommend this business to anyone interested in purchasing or transferring a firearm.
I’ve been going to I Run Guns for over a year, from the first time I went in Cody has been professional, friendly, he answered all my novice questions with extreme patience, he continues to share his knowledge & answer my endless questions. Baxter has been an excellent addition in the vault & the store, he is an outstanding instructor for both pistols & rifles, safe, knowledgeable, also extremely patient, I learn something every week I now feel safe & comfortable with my firearms. He challenges me to do & be better. I haven’t interacted as much with the other staff but everyone is always professional, friendly & helpful. As a woman in a gun store that isn’t always the case.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
(*EDIT: Finished reading their reply, seems like they are just kicking the ball + threatening... That's very professional indeed!) In short. THAT'S A ZERO STAR FROM ME. I am writing for my experience regarding my third-party import order IO-5630 from the US to Canada. They LOST my "holy grail" gun, they didn't help much in retrieving it, and they are NOT refunding all my money becuase they didn't buy insurance. My loss in total is a museum grade historic rifle that took me years to find, CAD$1500 in cash and nearly 7 months of my time. I TRUSTED THEM, BUT THEY STABBED ME IN THE BACK! ----------(Long Version Below)---------- In Feb 2024, I won an auction in the US, and I hired this company to import my gun from the US to Ontario, Canada. I filled out their forms and declared my gun's value honestly. I did everything on time. I did not see my order being imported in March, and I chased after their butt, and finally, I got someone to tell me that my order was delayed for 1 month and it became an April import. They were very difficult to communicate with, they took a long time to reply to emails, and most of the time I was not able to call through, it always went to their voicemail. But that was all fine with me until in May they shipped out my order from Alberta towards Ontario, the tracking showed an abnormal delay. Again I chased after their butt to finally get Carolyn to have Canada Post start an investigation. And in June I sent Carolyn a Loss Report indicating the dollar amount of my actual loss with my bank records for proof. During this time untill the end of July, I had been constantly sending emails and chasing after Carolyn's butt for updates. I would need to contantly light up fires under their butt to get them pushing forward for me. At the end of July, after those constant butt-lighting, I got Carolyn to finally forward Canada Post's message saying my gun is for sure lost. I would not be here if they compensated all my loss which I provided them with - that's the very least they could do to make it right. However, what they did was they had me waited for another 6 weeks, and in mid-September, they sent me a cheque with only 2/3 of my $ amount, even deducting their service charge and duty and tax (I did not even receive my gun!), and that leaves a CAD$1500 financial hole for me. After I called out their "admin" in the email. (Their phone still doesn't get to a human, nor would the admin ever give a real name. Always hiding behind a mask I guess.) "Admin" said something they only bought shipping insurance based on the value on the customs declaration paper. Problem is that this is a gun I bought from an auction, which means I got buyer's premium, shipping fee, and bank transaction fee to pay, which counts towards my loss when the gun somehow "disappears" but not all show up in the value box on tax paper. They should have said it in advance, but they didn't. So I was not aware of it at all. I explained this to "admin" very nicely and calmly over the email, but he would not listen a single word. They just want me to swallow that CAD$1500 for THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. (*No conspiracy I guess...) There was no success talking with "admin". "Admin" is now cutting me loose, saying that IRUNGUNS will not be responding to my further communications (sure they won't). I TRUSTED THEM, BUT THEY STABBED ME IN THE BACK! I would strongly discourage anyone from going to them for any kind of business, especially import & export. They'll charge you money, but they won't do things properly. When things happen, they'll just cut you loose and pretend it's all your fault. This kind of dishonest business deserve no place in the industry.
Very friendly. Assisted us while shooting the first time.
Fun indoor range experience with shooter scenarios! Great time
